Blood queen problem

So last night my guild was doing attemps on blood queen 10 man and we are having a problem were our priest healer keeps getting bit 1st were im meant to be 1st im pulling 8.5k dps and 2nd on aggro but i still didnt get it can anyone help me out here?

Normally (don't quote me here the mechanics are largely still up in the air) it is considered to be the person below your offtank on threat to be bit (person splitting blood mirror) so tell your offtank to build some threat elswise it's going to go to your lowest threat player (a healer everytime).
