Addon that shows latency between cast times

I once saw an addon in a video that showed the delay between a players cast times. So for example if I casted 2 arcane blasts and I had a .5 second delay between each cast it would pop up saying 500 ms. Anyone know which addon this is?

Doesn't it tooltip your latency if you hold your mouse over the computer icon? Or just have your latency displayed in your fuBar.

For the life of me I can't find the video. And the purpose of this isnt to tell me my latency it shows me the amount of wasted time between my casts. so if I botch a GCD it shows me i wasted .25 seconds. Or if im lagging it can show me that im having a .3 second delay between my casts.

When I saw the video it looked like it was attached to a mod that looked like eavesdrop but I didn't see any such feature when I downloaded it.

Basically it shows a cast bar partially filled in red.

The red part is your latency calculated for you, so basically when the cast line hits the start of the red part you can hit your next cast button.

AzCastBar sounds quite similar to what you are describing, but it also sounds quite similar to Quartz.

He's not trolling. I think people are just misunderstanding what you're looking for, that is all. But sorry, I'm not familiar with any mod that does what you're looking for either.

He's looking for something to show him how much time it is between CastEnd and NextCastStart - in other words, how much time he wasted. Not the lag effect on his currently cast spell.
