Combat potency

i was wondering what stat does combat potency scale with? like hpw focused attacks scale with haste...does CP scale with haste as well??

Well, you could read the talent...

Anyways, CP scales with Hit and Haste, FA scales with Haste and Crit. (When critcappng also with Hit.)
Both also scale with Expertise.
