Bear tank bout to hit 80 need advice on some gear

Hey there im about to hit 80 on my alt druid who im making a bear. Im just thinking what BOES are worth it and good enough until toc 25 maybe even icc 10. All I know is the bracers are real good but what about chest? And most importantly what about the runed orb boots / gloves? or will I replace those quick

The bracers are really good. Not sure which chest you're talking about, but http://www.wowhead.com/item=50001 is incredible. It's got great stats, but it'll cost you an arm and a leg. Above and beyond that, I'm not entirely sure.

Ah, this one http://www.wowhead.com/item=47600. Rawr has it slightly edging out the 245 tier 9 chest (9.5?). Not sure how much that one's going for, but if you feel it's worth 50 badges, by all means.
