Paladin burst is OP. It needs to be nerfed hardcore to balance us with every other class in the game. :

Eh at least blizz admitted something was wrong with our design, I remember the throughout vanilla & BC they just kept saying "everything is working as intended" then laughed at us when we were not looking.


As for the Guardian of ancient kings spell, ya the could have done much better. I would have much rather had a spell that buffed us like say "Avatar of the Light" causes the paladin to glow golden and hover & take on new abilities for the 30 second duration that vary dependent on spec. If your holy your heals splash out similar to chain heal, if your prot your instantly healed for a portion of the damage you take & if your ret your damage will either splash to nearby targets or cause additional damage over time.
