it means absolutely nothing.. last patch it did this 2 months beforehand... Its just downloading the main content resources.

Downloaded a 700MB file but this is most likely a pre-patch, and might also be a partial download (actually i am pretty sure it's partial, i remember the previous huge patch like this was around 1,5GB). 4.3 Can't be really far away now though.
