blackrock is by far the worst choice if you're going alliance. You will never see wintergrasp. ever. If you're horde sure go blackrock. For alliance i'd say Kel'thuzad. Theres quite a few pvp guilds there and the win/lose is about even

EU --> Chamber of Aspects (horde) - You will have WG 24/7 and win/lose ratio in bg is about 55/45 in favor of horde.
