Who we are:
Equilibrium is one of the oldest guilds on Balnazzar, and we have numerous times proven that we are indeed one of the be best guilds here.
Here in EQ, we have always considered ourselves being a hardcore guild. Raiding as much as possible. But most importantly, and that which should make you apply to us. Is that we always strive to have fun along side raiding. So you stick around, and your continued joy of playing the game endures. Because once you get into the inner circle, hopefully you will enjoy the community we have. So those long nights of endless wiping still makes you show up the next day to, once again - run your head straight into the wall, and still get up to laugh about it and do it again.

Raid times:
Sunday-Thursday -> 1900-2300 (invites starts 15 min prior to that)
We require you to raid at least 4 times out of those 5 days.
Friday/Saturday -> Slacking, pvping, alts, drinking, girls, boys :/. Whatever you prefer.

During new releases, we do push it further in the evenings and weekends to see the entire content. Your attendance at these times is appreciated.

AQ 40 : Cleared
Naxxramas : 7 bosses
SSC : Cleared
TK : Cleared
MH : Cleared
BT : Cleared
Sunwell : Cleared
Naxxramas vers 2 : Cleared (with immortal and all following achievements, horde first)
Sartharion with 3 drakes : Cleared, horde first.
Malygos : Cleared, horde first.
Ulduar : Cleared (with all hardmodes and horde first Algalon)
ToGC : Cleared, horde first. (50 trys done, working on immortality)
ICC25 : Currently working on Lich King Hardmode.

Requirements:
As stated above, we do pride ourselves of being a hardcore guild. Which also means that it requires something extra from you. It is required that you have an outstanding performance. Which requires preparation and practice.
Small summery of what's needed..

- Reliability: Stable connection.
- Reasonable intelligence
- Gear: Is important but not a necessarity, above all skills, loyalty, performance.
- Level 80
- Two raiding professions, no excuses.
- Understand how your class works in a raid.
- Being able to raid at least 4 days a week.
- TBC/WOTLK raiding experience.
- Sense of humor
- Able to communicate in English, not xenophobic (able to listen to a different language once in a while)
- Ventrilo, knowledge about using it and being able to listen during the whole raid
- Bigwigs/Deadly boss mods, oRA2, Decursive, Omen and other useful raid addons and you know how to use them.
- Mature behavior, able to stay focused during wipe-raids and farm-raids equally.
- Able to stay up longer, if needed.
- Farm enough consumables for the whole raid duration.
- Farm enough gold for repair bills.
- Prepare for raids, reading guides (if you are recruited, we expect you to know all the fights EQ has done so far).
- PvE spec and ready to keep it when needed.
- Stable computer.
- In control of your playtime.
- Able to take criticism if needed and follow simple instruction/orders.

Loot system:
We are using "loot council". Officers make their vote on who should get the item, and the item is distributed. A lot of factors affect these decisions, among them - attendance/performance.
Furthermore, we see loot as a necessarily to kill bosses, not something that should drive you as a player. There for whining, complaining about this will not be appreciated. If you are performing as a player, you should have no worries about getting what's rightfully yours.
