Shaman, Druid, Priest, Paladin, DK, Hunter. Only missing Mage, Lock, Warrior, Rogue.
Shamans are rare and will become even more rare since Mages will have Bloodlust.
Druids are all over the place.
Priests are almost as rare as Shamans.
Paladins are all over the place.
DKs are kind of rare in Raid but in PvP they're popular.
Hunters are somewhat rare in PvE and PvP.

If you're looking are rarity then go Shaman or Priests for healer, go Hunter for DPS. Also if you choose Shaman or Priest you can DPS too *wink*
