LFM - A new 25 man raiding experience.

Hi everyone, and thanks for taking the time to visit this thread.

Flow is a new project in raiding, created to achieve the highest levels of progress in wow, while ensuring that everyone is still having fun. This guild was formed on one basis only: to have a solid and loyal group of players, able to socialise and bond well, in order to tackle 25 man content in a relaxed, mature and enjoyable environment.

It has proven exceptionally difficult for most 25 man guilds to maintain the same community feeling as is often so evident in 10 man groups. Flow as a guild is dedicated to community and has a great group of skilled, relaxed and mature players. We have a group of people gathered in one place, a group of people intent on enjoying this game and progressing through the most challenging raids, without the elitism, rudeness and passive-aggressiveness that usually follows.

We can promise you that we will uphold our policies of respect and good behaviour, while maintaining a constant flow of progression and a healthy attitude to raiding. We have an age limit of 18+ in the guild and have a wide range of players in our group. We can promise you that the leaders have the experience and knowledge to maintain a good group of raiders. We are not prepared to accept ungemmed, unenchanted players in heroic gear. However, if you share our ethos, and are a skilled and dedicated player, you will find a good home with us, into Cataclysm and beyond.

We have players who have downed LK and cleared most of the heroic modes, as well as players who have joined socially for the community. Our aim is to join Vek'nilash and make an impact, competing with the best on the realm. We are ranked number 1 on Alliance currently and achieved the faction first Lich King kill for 25 man.

We have scheduled raids 3 days a week, raiding from the hours of 20:00 server time to 23:00 server time. These raids will be on Sunday, Tuesday and Thursday. 10 man raiding is optional and arranged on off nights, with 25 man raids the main focus.

Current progress:
12/12 ICC25.
Lich King 25 man Alliance first!
3 Heroic Modes down in ICC25 (Marrowgar and Rotface Alliance first!).
Various groups running ICC10, furthest is at 12/12 and tackling hard modes (8/12 done!).

Mage: Medium Priority
Warlock: Closed
Druid: Medium Priority (Balance)
Rogue: Closed
Hunter: High Priority
Shaman: High Priority (Restoration, Enhancement)
Death Knight: Closed
Warrior: Closed
Paladin: Low Priority (All specs)

Please note, this is not a rerolling project, and if your character is currently below level 80, you will be placed in a Social role and will need to reapply for Raider rank if you wish to raid at a later date. Social recruitment is always open however we are not looking to recruit any more Social members who have an intention to raid.
