I normally do it like this LB + LB + CL while keeping the 40% mana reduction. Never oomed yet not even with crappy gear when just dinged 80 and went toc in blues. (With friends damn retard GS bitches). 3.4k GS sitll pushed 3.9k dps managed a 4.6k with BL thrown in on icehowl. (overall)

I think he means that if the boss is going to die in 1.1 seconds, a LB/LvB wont hit whilst a CL will hence, getting a tiny bit more damage done.
