The Copyright Law?
Ive been searching a little, because i have been looking on how to get Copyright on a name. (Not a wow char name!).
Its my currently gaming name, and i don't want others to use it.
Do you just say "Hey, now i have Copyright on that name, if you use it I will sue you?" or what do you acually do.

You don't get a copyright on a name or symbol. You get a trademark. At least in the US. The application filing fee is around $300 (pass or reject), and a trademark for a gaming name is likely to be denied without a very good reason.
