ruby sanctum info

i was just wondering what info people know on ruby sanctum and when it might be out. My thought was the end of may along with the 20% buff. Ya like end may/begin june right as summer comes out. Anyways i also tried to hunt for the loot tables. I remember then be released i thought but cant seem to find them if anyone has a link to them i would appreciate it.
