[A] <Consilio et Animis> of Azuremyst LF Balance Druid

<Consilio et Animis> is a mature guild located on the Azuremyst server. We are currently recruiting to fill some voids that we have when it comes to progressing through ICC 10 and 25. We are not a hardcore guild so no one will get yelled at, but we do go in there with the idea of taking down as many bosses as we can. You must be at least 18 year old +

ICC 10 (9/12) - Had Dreamwalker healed to 100% but died only needing a 10k heal to finish her off.
ICC 25 (4/12) - This is where we need ranged. We have been taking undergeared and casual players in just to fill up final spots.

We have a core group of really good players but not enough to fill out our 25 mans where we would like them.

We are looking for 1 - 2 tanks to help fill out our 2nd 10 man ICC group and to add a few tanks to our 25 man ICC runs. We currently have a Prot Warrior, Feral Druid, and Frost DK tanking all of our runs. While we are not to picky as to what tanking class we recruit a nice Prot Pally wouldn't hurt.

We are also looking to add the following ranged classes.
1 Elemental Shaman
1 Shadow Priest
1 Balance Druid
1 Affliction Warlock

We prefer to have recruit well geared players but we do realize that sometimes gear isn't everything and a person that knows their toon and has sub par gear can still out dps a person with better gear that doesn't know all the tools his or her toon has to offer.

What we really want are smart players that pay attention to their surroundings , know how to listen to the raid leaders instructions, show up when they have accepted raid invites, and show up on time to all raids.

We run the EPGP loot master system to distribute all raid loot.
You must have vent and must have a working microphone.
You must have all the standard raid addons.

Our raid schedule is as follows:
Thursday (6pm - 9pm server time) - ICC 10 + VoA if we have wintergrasp
Friday (6pm - 9pm server time) - ICC 25 + Weekly Raid Quest
Sunday (6pm - 9pm server time) - ICC 25 (continued)
Monday (6pm - 9pm server time) - ICC 10 (continued)
