estimate to those who played with it. I know its better but how much. couple of people and i are arguing about this subject so just need to clarify.

Herkumi suck, too much
made a few test run with it in heroic, not viable a bit
good on fight like toravon/festergut.. thats about it
i give it a meh on 10

the war token is barely beter than greatness. taj normal is ~10% of my dps. figure it out from there.

thanks guys. what you guys are saying is on par from what i heard from many top ranked ret pallys my dps is being compared to another ret pally in my guild who is using h tiny jar. and they are convinced that its not a huge upgrade from the token trinket. saying its only a 3% increase. i belive its called molten anger which is showing 3-4% of his damage in his parses. but i know it does a couple more things n other areas to grant more dps.

It procs a seal hit too and if using bryntrol/sm can proc those too.

Each proc of manifest anger gives a extra 50% weapon swing which generates another seal proc. Like said above it is a significant dps increase.

so from what i gather it does 3 things.

procs another seal which = more seal damage

manifest anger = damage

meelee damge also increases.

i noticed his seal damage was much higher and this explans y.

Why don't you use Rawr to estimate what your DPS would be with the abom, and what the other guy's DPS would be without it?

i dont think i have tiny set up in rawr 100% accurate. it only shows a
30 dps increase over token. which i know is incorrect... can someone post up the formula agian. i used the one on ejerks. maybe i missed something

Here are the TAJ and Shadowmourne settings:

When I load your Rawr file, I get a different result. Why is that happening?
Check all settings to ensure they match the ones listed here such as the delay/wait setting are set to 0.2 seconds. It may also help to download the particular list's zip file so you get the exact gems/enchants I used. Here is the item cache that includes the my item settings described here ItemCache.zip.

How to model Tiny Abomination in a Jar
(TAJ), click Edit then go to Special Effects then match these values:
Trigger: Physical Hit
Duration: 0
Cooldown: 0
Chance: 100% (In reality it is 50% but I had to increase it to account for Rawr not knowing about special melee hits)
Stacks: 8 (The heroic version requires 7 stacks)
Listed under the Equipment effects category: % Weapon Swing 0.5

Shadowmourne
Add a static 155 strength to the existing strength (this models the stacking 30 strength buff).

This is the Chaos Bane after getting 10 souls (Removing this buff is used, so no 275 str bonus):
Trigger: Melee Hit
Duration: 0
Cooldown: 5 (This is a when you get 10 stacks of the 30 strength buff)
Chance: 100%
Stacks: 1
Shadow damage: 2100 Under equipment effects

Use /cancelaura Chaos Bane macros to more dps from Shadowmourne. Otherwise, the mod FreeMe should assist with canceling FreeMe.zip. After installing the mod, type /Freeme 73422 in-game and test it on a dummy to see if it cancels the buff. If not, type the command again.

Simple solution
add (number of anger procs)/(total seal hits) * (total seal damage) to your 4%

and you get some 8-10%
