Is it safe to ebay MWF2

So i've been wanting to get MWF2 from gamestop or a similar store for some time but its 60 dollars new and 55 dollars used . Before I spend that much i want to see whether it is safe to ebay it. mostly because Ebay is alot cheaper. Once i tried to buy a book off of it for 7$. Never got it and there is some sick fuck on the planet with my money (Yeah I know only 7$) Still, it pisses me off. Help really appreciated

How the hell do you sell MW2 used?

But if you really want to be sure, then buy it from some online store, because you should bloody well be able to buy it for less than 60 bucks... Otherwise, I guess you can take a chance on Ebay.
If I was a Blizz server technician, I'd hijack a server and use it to download porn 24/7. Guess why the instance servers always are full B]

There are lots of ebay "power sellers" who can sell you a new one, in which case i'd go for it.

But never buy a second hand copy of modern games. MW2 is steam activated (at least my copy was) which means you can install it, enter the product code into steam, then throw away the disc and never need it again, any second hand discs you see will likely be tied to a steam account already and therefore useless to you.
