[A]<Wrath of Astranaar> Recruiting *Older* Raiders

Founded in the fall of 2005 on the Alliance side of the Twisting Nether Server, <Wrath of Astranaar> is a guild of primarily older players. Our goal is to explore every last drop of content within this game, while not losing the fun, social experience. Our target audience are older players (late 20's, 30+ crowd), who have limited time to play, but still want to experience end-game raiding in a guild free of moody and reactionary teens.

We expect our members to arrive on time and prepared for the day's content objectives, and put their best raiding-foot forward. It's always been our belief that the pilot of the character is more important than the character itself... Toons can be re-geared, re-gemmed and re-specced... while 'jerk' is a lot harder to fix.

Our recent content Progression is 11/12 ICC 10 & 8/12 ICC 25.

We are currently rebuilding our raid-squad for summer, gearing up ALT's and Updating gear for longstanding members who are returning to the game after a small leave of absence (tranlation, life... and spouses... have allowed them to play again) -now is a good time for a good experienced player looking to gear-up and run with a regular group to get into an established guild with a good history before Cataclysm is released and we're flooded with guild-app's again.

WoA is a group of fun-loving, hard-working people who are focused, dedicated, don't treat raiding like a second job, and most of all, have cognotive memories of life before the Clinton Administration.

Requirements:
* A solid understanding of your class, and well-read up on boss encounters.
* Mature, sociable, easy to get along with, and will follow instructions.
* Working Vent and have good latency/FPS.
* Able to attend at least 2 out of 3 raid nights.
* minimum college aged or beyond (preferably beyond)

We are trying to fill recemtly vacated slots with friends and friends of friends ASAP, but the quicker we get the right people in the right roles, the quicker we're back into end-game ICC-25... and we're pretty much chomping at the bit to restart that.
