Hello's haven been on in age's havent even used my Char for over 6 months, just logged in, Ive got some T7 or 8 I forget which, my gear is obviosuly crappy now, just wondering where do I go from here to gear up fast as I can?

Actually, there's 4 new Heroics for you. But that's not the point. All bosses in Heroics now drop Emblems of Triumph. These are the emblems one step above Emblems of Conquest. And with these, along with gear from the newer Heroics, you can build a pretty good set of pre-ToC raid gear.
