1st TV Series to Surpase a OVA?

I Was Watching KissXsis OVA's prity awsome ecchi really but I thought after seeing so many ecchi denied access to TV i was somewhat surprised but horribed at how censored the KissXsis Tv series would be....

Ep1: disapointed really.
Ep2: Hmmm not bad redimed itself about as good as OVA... about!
Ep3: OVA 3 or TV 3.... IDK BUT DAMN the kissing was hot so hot im swayed towards the TV series becoming better than OVA's! how this was aired idk but im damn happy with it.

Any1 else know any other ANimes where the TV series surpased the OVA's? none comes to mind for me ...

You could say i like ecchi cause its a "tease" our its because it has a god damn storyline! mindless crap isnt watchable!
