Excuse me if this has been posted already but I feel as if reading through 60+ pages is a bit much. I'm not too worried about this change as of yet, but I do hope that they increase loot tables to compensate for the lack of 10 man loot. Despite only being 10 man, there is some gear that is still pretty nice from 10 man heroic ICC, such as the spyglass and the whispering fanged skull. And maybe as they said with more raids out it will be a better thing that might take slightly less time but will be a bit more fun with the variety of raids available.
Don't force people to quit blizzard , there's to much unemployment in the world. We don't need more people fighting for jobs, let them sit in there cellars.
Great change for guilds imo, just add the attunements now and they'll finally be getting important again (also in combination with the guild achievement system).

You can never balance raid difficulty between 10 man and 25 man for 1 simple reason...
In 25 mans you can constantly take the tank from full health to dead with big hits because you have 6-8 healers. In a 10 man you can't stress the tank so much without just running your 2-3 healers oom, or making it beyond their healing capacity.
As a tank you just don't receive the same level of punishment in 10mans, as you can't purely because 2-3 healers wouldn't be able to keep you up vs. the 25man level of punishment. IMO tanking 10mans is boring, the only reason you die in 10mans, is because the healers forgot about you. Not because the fights were dangerous.
Lets say you have 100k health, there is no way that the 10man can run you from 100k to 10k, on a regular basis and still allow the healers to have to heal the raid and the tank..., while a 25 man can run the tank from 100k to 10k all the time whilst having raid damage.
Chalk and cheese. Can't be compared, can NEVER be equalised, without applying some sort of 10man radiance that halves healths or similar, so you get the same bursty feel to bosses without the fight driving you oom. Just nonsense. Should stick to 10mans being seperate instances not copy + pastes of real/proper instances with half the mobs removed and the difficulty made laughable by the tank/players having 12 seconds to live instead of 3.
