quick ret question

K so my rawr is being bad and not working correctly is the only reason im asking advice here

by the end of the week i should be able to obtain http://www.wowhead.com/item=50995/vengeful-noose in which i would lost quite a bit of expertise from http://www.wowhead.com/item=46999. Should i just switch out my http://www.wowhead.com/item=49949 for http://www.wowhead.com/item=51001, or should i just not worry about the expertise loss it would put me at 20 expertise without the belt.

(oh before all the get the gunship ring, it never falls when im on my pally, now on my other 3 alts it drops ever time =\)

so wait for the gunship ring...the armorpen ring is shit.

You would get about a 130~DPS increase from using the Vengeful Noose w/ 3 +20 Strengths and the Rotface ring with a +20 strength.

I'm not a fan of using leather personally, plus i like spending frost badges on my offspec instead of buying a leather belt for dps and the plate dps one for when cata hits. You should realize that wearing leather pieces, with all BiS gear it is only a 200 dps increase from plate BiS right?

An upgrade is an upgrade, especially if it alleviates extra hit or exp.
