sigil of awareness

I am wondering If i have enough ArP to merit using sigil of awareness. EJ doesn ot say anything about softcap or hardcap and just says it will work good in a ArP heavy build.

Just wanted to get some of your guys' opinions.

Run a sim if you want a real answer, it's dependent on too many factors to tell just from a glance at your armoury.

I'm gonna go with no... 32% isn't much, I have that with worse gear than you :/
