I was wondering if anyone had a BiS list for shadow that accounts for the 11% hit cap we need?

that list is majorly out of date. BiS hit items is subjective to what drops you get when.

you can take pants , a ring , a wand , a pair of bracers , a neck , and an offhand that all have HIT on them from 264 to 277 items that drop in ICC.

there are alot of variations of what you can take that are work basically the same. Take what you can get early on and work from there. Personally i have never seen plaguebringers pants drop 264 or 277 for months of killing. I have also only seen lady bracers 1 time as 277.

What you need and what you can get is subjective. Just go for what drops and work your way through from that point.

Weapon is the only part 'out of date' due to the fact that, as I said, LK loot hadn't really been released at the time. Ofc you're going to take what drops you get, but that's where the BiS list by slot will help you out. For instance I took 277 Bone Amulet for my Neck because we've gotten like no Blood Queen's.

The H BiS setup still lays out the best Hit pieces setup.
