About us:
<OverWhelming> of Dark Iron - US is an Alliance guild that emerged from a group of close friends that previously had much raiding experience with other guilds. We're a fairly "new guild" considering we were formed in the beginning of WotLK, but we have prided ourselves in keeping up with server progression while raiding significantly less than other leading guilds (3 nights a week). We are a small semi-hardcore raiding guild that keep a small raiding roster and raid only three days a week.
About our raids:
Teamwork is what makes it happen and selfishness has no place in our ranks. We welcome a fun approach, but we strongly emphasize the seriousness of raiding and that hard modes are part of raid progression. We are looking for talented and committed players from other battlegroups or servers to join us as we finish up the ICC Hard Modes.
Raid Days and Times:
Monday through Wednesday 4:30PM to 9:00PM (PST - SERVER) or 7:30PM to 12:00AM EST
Progression:
Ulduar 25 - 14/14 and 9/9 HMs
ToC 25 - 5/5 and 5/5 HM + A tribute to Insanity-(US 30th) ICC 25 - 12/12 and 11/12 HM
Recruiting:
We are recruiting specific classes to fill core functions in our raid. We are looking for static core raiders, not people to enlarge an existing wait list. If you want to actively participate in raids and not just sit on the sidelines while your guildmates receive loots and achievements leaving you behind, <Overwhelming> is the guild for you.

Applicants must have exceptional gear and solid knowledge of end game 25 man raiding. All of our raiders are expected to have consistent attendance (90%) and give advanced forum notification for expected absences. Raiders must maintain their gear with high end gems and enchants, and are required to bring all beneficial consumables to raids. Raiders are expected to perform at a high level and participate in a constructive manner in all raids, especially during progression.
