There is no such thing as a 20 ap/10 exp gem. They're both considered "red" stats. But yes you should switch some gems around in order to reach 26/26 expertise, 14 is very low and probably murdering your dps output.

LOL sorry i ment AP/Haste gems, sould i use them over just straight AP gems ?

a spreadsheet will tell you exactly when the value of haste becomes >= 2 EP. At a glance I would guess 2 ap is still better than 1 haste for you, but aldriannas spreadsheet can tell you for sure.

Your expertise is fine atm tho your hit is a little high just stay AP imo
