How much will Cataclysm Beta Keys sell for?

So with Cataclysm Beta coming out fairly soon, I wonder how much the beta keys will sell for on e-bay/other sites. SC2 keys we're going for as high as $400, so how much do you think that Cata keys will go for?

They'll likely be bound to your account, so nothing. But if Blizzard does decide to make real keys, it will be absurdly high the first wave of invites and practically free when the fan site contests start and the next waves of opt-ins get released.

if spectral tigers go for 1k+ in ebay then i'm guessing beta key is more than that

There won't be any keys. They will be binded to your Battle.net account, just like the Starcraft 2 beta.
