ELE T10 Gloves or Pants?

atm i have H gunship 25m gloves and i will soon have 25m Festergut Cloth pants, witch one should i replace with t10 ?. TO me i think its gonna be a DPS loss loosing well over 100+ haste to gain hit tht i dont even need, just for the t10 4 set bonus, witch to me is lame. i have atm almost 1400 unbuffed haste thats not including the 220 from totem atm if it get timed just right i can get 2 lava bursts off before my fs tick goes away but most of the time i only get 1 lava and with some latancy its like 75% i only get 1 lava off before i have to reaply my fs so the t10 only gonna let me get off that extra 2nd lava , is it worth the 100+ haste loss?
