EST-PVE <The Dauntless>11/12 H:ICC is Recruiting Hunters

The Dauntless of Medivh is looking for a few raiding members to fill out our raid composition in ICC.
WotLK progress:
11/12 Heroic, Only the LK remains.
Server 1st ToCG 25 Insanity
Server 1st Algalon
3d Sarth when it was relevant 10 and 25
1st let me say that our guild is not going anywhere. As the summer and xpac loom on the horizon, guilds are breaking up left and right and calling a hiatus till Cata. This is not us. This is an opportunity to not only work towards a possible server 1st LK heroic 25 but also a chance to cement your position in a proven guild that you can call home for a long time to come.
Currently we are looking for:
-Hunter (high play time position)
-any exceptional player will never be turned down regardless of class.
-The applicant must be well versed in his class and the encounters he/she enters.
-Theorycrafting is essential as a raider here.
-Must be willing to share responsibilities based on fight mechanics.
-Any applicant must maintain a reasonable consistent attendance.
About us: The Dauntless was formed in July of 2007. During TBC we cleared all content including SWP. In Wrath we have hit every raiding objective thus far from the initial entry 310 drakes all the way to a server 1st Algalon kill and TOGC 25 insanity. We are currently working on Heroic LK with the server 1st still up for grabs.
Our raid times are Tuesday,Wednesday ,Thursday,and Sunday 7:30pm-11:30 pm EST. If all content is cleared we will take the rest of the time off. We expect 85% attendance obviously stuff comes up from time to time. We'll work with you.
Our raiding roster is currently at around 30 members so anyone stepping into our guild will get the chance to prove themselves fully before any decision is made on their future status with us.
Our loot system is a fair one that doesn't include a "pecking order" we run an EP/GP system which can be explained during an interview. There have been some variations to this in the interest of fairness.
