The Molten Core (40 Man Raid, Vanilla)

To my frustration the Firelords are, if they come in packs of 2, EXTREMELY annoying. Don't engage them unless you have your Wolves and Shamanistic Rage ready.
They are also immune to Fire, so don't even try to Flameshock them.
A single Firelord can be killed easily without Shamanistic Rage or Spirit Wolves tho.
The Core Hound packs are easily killable with your Magma Totem and Fire Nova, they aren't immune to Fire, so this is a cake.
THEY NEED TO BE KILLED AT THE SAME TIME! If they're not killed within 10 seconds they just ress and respawn at 100% health. So be careful.
They also Rend up to 10 Stacks, which lets you bleed for 15000 damage over 30 Seconds. Simply heal against it.
IMPORTANT: If you still have the Curse of Lucifron on you, you might run into problems. So let it tick off or switch to your healspecc and get it off of you.

Bosses
Lucifron is a cake if you have atleast 1 point in Improved Stormstrike. Kill the adds first, use your Wolves early and wait for the Curse to use Shamanistic Rage. It's your safeguard in times when Mana runs low.
You can't avoid the Curse by using your Grounding Totem. It wont work. Also make use of your Wolves' Taunt ability.
Magmadar isn't even really worth mentioning. Just drop your Tremor Totem, "dont stand in the goddamn fire" and DPS him down.
Sad thing is, that he doesn't drop any Gold. Nothing. Not even a Copper.
IMPORTANT: You don't have to kill every Core Hound pack. Just the closest few to Magmadar. Saves lots of time.
Gehennas. Some describe him as "a major roadblock in soloing MC" or "not possible unless you have insane SR gear and you resist his curse". But I've managed to kill him in my regular Raid Spec, in regular Raid Gear.
Most important Abilities:
It will take some attempts to kill him, in the end it's also highly dependent on your current gear. I'm on an average Itemlevel of 260, just for comparing reasons.
IMPORTANT: There is an Ancient Core Hound patrolling around near the boss. Be sure to kill him before you engage Gehennas.
Gehennas has two adds. Both can stun for 4 seconds.
Gehennas Curse can't be grounded by a Grounding Totem. You have to deal with it.
As you engage him, summon your Wolves and activate Shamanistic Rage (if in 2pT10).
Drop your Stone Elemental Totem and let it taunt the boss and his adds. This is VERY important! Also drop Magma Totem, Windfury Totem and Healing Totem.
Pop Heroism / Bloodlust and burn Gehennas down with your Wolves. Focus on him!
If he targets you, Taunt him back off with your Wolves.
Be sure to move out of his Rain of Fire! If your Stone Elemental is tanking him and the Rain of Fire hits you while your Wolves are summoned - don't care about it. The Wolves outheal it pretty easy.
Once he is down focus on his adds. They die quickly, but can also easily kill you, because of the Stun and the Curse of Gehennas.
Garr is quite easy. Pop your Wolves and Shamanistic Rage, engage him and down his adds first. Use your Wolves Taunt Ability whenever they're off CD. After their death, simply Tank&Spank Garr himself until he dies. Not much of a boss.
Baron Geddon. He might be easy for Classes without Mana, but as a Shaman he is quite dangerous. A very hard fight.
Most important Abilities:
The main Problem is his Living Bomb. You should "tank" him in the tunnel between Garr and Shazzrah's rooms and find a good spot where you don't fly up too high when your Living Bomb explodes.
To be sure that you'll have enough time to align yourself, you can pull Geddon with a Totem. No, not Sentry Totem. It's useless.
As he is immune to Fire Damage, you want to use double Windfury on your Weapons. Also drop Flametongue Totem instead of Magma Totem.
As soon as he is engaged, pop your Wolves, activate Shamanistic Rage and use Bloodlust / Heroism. You want to kill him as fast as possible.
Taunt him with your Wolves whenever you can, run out of his Inferno and keep the Maelstrom x5 Stacks to heal yourself back up after the Living Bomb detonates on you. Also be ready to use a Mana Potion, in case you run out of Mana too early and have no Shamanistic Rage ready, which can be the case very likely.
Shazzrah isn't worth mentioning. He's a Tank&Spank-Boss. Purge his Buff whenever you can.
Sulfuron Harbringer is also doable solo. The trick is to burst his priest adds down as fast as possible.
Just pop Wolves and Shamanistic Rage, Heroism / Bloodlust and focus one priest after the other. You need to burn one add down in atleast 5 Seconds. Thats 67,980 HP in 5-6 Seconds, so about 12000dps.
It's also a bit lucky and procc dependent. The priests usually start to heal if one of their allies is at or below 50%. So you should do 33900 damage in less than 2 seconds.
If you have one Priest and the Harbringer left, you can simply interrupt it each time it heals itself. You should only have one add left when the Wolves disappear or Bloodlust runs out. After all 4 adds are dead, kill the Sulfuron Harbringer.
Golemagg is impossible to solo as an enhancement shaman.
Majordomo Executus is possible to solo. Just as the Sulfuron Harbringer, you'll need to use all of your Cooldowns (Wolves, Shamanistic Rage and Heroism / Bloodlust) and kill his adds one after the other. They don't hit too hard, so it's quite easy. You can also Hex one of the Priests.
Ragnaros is, atleast as I know, impossible to solo. I never managed to solo him, got burned after the Knockback with endless Magma Blasts.
