Why are we stopping the infinite dragon flight from doing somthing good?
Killing arthas is good in my book!
Stopping mediv from opening the dark portal is good!
is it possible that the bronze flight is bad and infinite good?

EDIT: Look at it this way. If Medivh hadn't opened the Dark Portal, the orcs would never have come to Azeroth. That means Archimonde would only have been met by a small handful of Humans and the Night Elves, which would lead to all of Azeroth being bombed to the ground.

If Arthas was killed in Stratholme, the Scourge within the city would merely grow stronger(no biggie, but it would distract the Human forces), we'd have a Dreadlord on the loose and Illidan would still feel tall and mighty, and he wouldn't even be able to flee to Outlands in the first place, so he'd end up causing carnage and terror in Azeroth because his brother hit on his girl.

Because if we let them achieve their goals, your character and the world you live in wouldn't exist anymore.

Sure the Infinite Dragonflight may be doing these tasks for a good reason, but I really don't see our characters giving themselves up just to alter the past to something which might be better. Especially if it involves our characters not existing anymore.

Its really a hard choice to make if you think about it. Let the Infinite's win and cease existing but make the world a better place, or fight them to secure your existence and the present day...

The world would have been far worse for far longer than it was because Hitler monumentally messed up the Third Reich and turned it into a bloodbath that was easily stopped by the Allies.

For the same reason because Nozdormu doesn' get back in time and kills Ner'Zhul in his sleep before he get contacted by Sargeras, or because he doesn't get back in time to save Saurfang and Fordragon from Putress's new plague.
