Ele Shaman PvP totem

Hey right now im currently using the Thunderfall Totem <Increase Base damage of LvB by 215> but have enough points to buy the pvp Totem of Survival <Shock spells grant 108SP for 10secs> I do arenas sometimes but i like BGs alot and LvB is my main attack either way, that nice burst damage. Im not sure though how LvB scales with SP compared to the flat damage increase though. Tried to look through rawr but pvp totems weren't showing up on my list of avialale options so does anyone with experience or the knowledge of how LvB scales have any insight on this. I realize that a SP buff will increase all of my spells but im not concerned with that if it means i'll lose damage on LvB...

Lava burst is not your main attack. That's your pvp totem. Next.

Yeah, use the haste totem. Increased casting speed is really nice in pvp both for arena and BGs.

Stack haste by using a few haste pve pieces and the haste pvp cloak / neck and gem 12 sp 10 haste in yellow slots etc.

haste is for faster LBs right and it makes FS tick faster over a shorter duration. I don't often have time to cast multiple LBs that hit for 3-4k...would help if i could get an explanation as to why the haste totem is better than a Spellpower one or one that inc LvB would help cause all my combat logs show that LvB is my main damage skill...

What do you mean main damage skill? Shorter casts = Less penalty from moving, and harder to LoS. Lava burst is nice, but it's not a main anything
