    The sunken temple

I looked at all of the images on the front page and i'm really interested in this, but when i came to Swamp of sorrows i got a little suprised because i saw a great battle between the Alliance and horde where the alliance was victorious, but what really got me was the spot of the alliance keep and what they are doing there. The keep is situated on the edge of the lake wich surrounds the sunken temple and from the looks of it, they are making a bridge to the sunken temple.

What the waffle does the alliance want in the sunken temple?
Is there some sort of artifact of simply the fact that it's defendable?

strange, I seem to love the places most people hate: ST, BRD, etc =)))

OT: maybe Alliance just chose that spot to have Stonard attacked from two opposite sides: Pool of Tears and Nethergarde?

But from an actual stand point i can only think of these things, they are either looking for a powerful artifact to use as possibly a weapon, because its a troll temple they could be looking for information on the Darkspear, or they are looking for some green dragon powa.

They're probably looking to summon something from the emerald dream. One of the bosses in there is the avatar of a green dragon whose name eludes me right now. But being Horde, I must say darn... I liked that place.

Eranikus is the equivalent of Sindragosa or Krasus by the way, Consort of an Aspect (Ysera)

It helps secure Alliance dominance in the area. Also, previously, the Alliance only had a tiny outpost there for quests. This would bring more players here.

Eranikus was cleansed and went to aid Malfurion in the emerald dream as seen in the epic sceptor quest. But with Mr. Stormrage returning, maybe Eranikus does as well?
