Who we are:

<Hard> is an alliance guild that has been on Malfurion for a couple months now. A group of players transfered to the server and picked up a good chunk of raiders from a guild that had been at 11/12 in normal icc. In our first 3 weeks we killed Lich King. The following week we saw 6 heroic mode kills and are now at 7/12 in Heroic ICC 25. We have 2 consistent groups that run H ICC 10 and both are sitting at 11/12 working on that LK kill. Both groups have Glory of the Icecrown Raider 10 man.

We are currently the 2nd ranked alliance guild (6th Overall) on the server at 7/12 in H ICC 25.


Raid Times:

We raid Tuesday from 7-11 Central, and Wed/Thurs from 8-11 Central. Occasionally we will ask raiders to stay later on these nights to push for a kill.

We want all of our raiders to be at raid at least 2 of our 3 raid nights, preferably all 3 nights, but we understand real life happens.


Expectations:

We expect all applicants to be Heroic ICC 25 ready.

We expect all of our raiders to maintain excellent attendance. If you can not make a night, post on the website or contact an officer in game.

We expect you to show up at your best, flasked, food buffed, knowing the strats, and things your class can do on each fight to help make a difference.

We expect everyone to be serious about raiding and during raid. We like to have fun and joke around, but we take raiding very seriously and we expect the same from everyone else.

We expect you to have a reliable computer and internet connection.

Ventrilo is used and is mandatory for all raiders.
