Looking for tips vs. Spriest/Rogue

Hello all:

My friend and I are running Resto Shaman/Destro lock at 2300+ MMR... We consistently lose to 2500-2700 Spriest/Rogue teams. Sure, there is a small gap in rating.. but that is beside the point.

Basically, they open on me in the first 5-10 seconds and I'm dead within their cc list (CSx2/KS/Horror/Silence/etc)

If anyone has any legitimate advice for this rating bracket vs. this comp as RestoSham/Destro... I would greatly appreciate it. --- It could very well be that this is simply a hard counter and, well, we must suck it up and take the -10 every time.

Every time I've beaten a high rated Spriest/Rogue team, it's been with a really defensive team. Peels and CDs are what won us the game. Have your lock peel the rogue even if it means popping trinket on a sap, and maybe consider a blanket silence on the spriest to avoid the initial burst? I think UA would be better, but... /shrug, that's all I got. I really hate that comp.

Thanks dude. Blanket silence is about the only thing I haven't thought to mention. That very well could be the game breaker. Hmm.. shall have to try that out next week.
