The alliance submarine seems to be operational on land:

Also I found out that the huge creatures in Vashj'ir are called "demigods" in the files:

And the houses with grass on top of them are marked to be from the Wildhammer Dwarves:

also the horde submarine looks kickass, like a giant mechanical stringray or something, it reminds me of some lego thing i had when i was really small

I think you're wrong. Look at the paint on the bottom of the first sub.

It's obviously a maple leaf thus the sub is CANADIAN!!!! They're invading Azeroth!!!!

Notice the goblin technology at the bottom of it? and the lack of alliance colours/emblems?
Also, its in Uldum, so im thinking its something to do with breaking into uldum or the goblins of Tanaris having some fun :P

I also think the horde's one can operate on land aswell, if u check the rear of sub, u will find arms ending with flippers which can bend, also there is a pair of arms ending with claws,i think they will look like the tripods from the war of the worlds movie.

I was unaware that was there or that it was a gnome thing :s

But still, neither are very alliance or horde looking. I think the "horde" one may be one of the water goblin things(?) contraptions and the other one possibly something to do with a WoW-Star wars thing :P
