how does this build and gear look as far as being set up for 3s?

i use either a spider, crab, or worm

Few things.

You should do a standard 53/18/0 spec if going bm, with 3 points in imp arcane shot.
You do not want a run speed meta as you should be talented for run speed in the bm tree and it does not stack.
The pet of choice for bm pvp is the corehound for the casting debuff.
All your gems should be +40 ap except for one nightmare tear to fulfill the meta.
You are over hit cap with points in focused aim, you only need 5% total for pvp.
You should use some good pve offset pieces to mix in for more agi, ap and crit; any setup over 1050 resil will lower your burst potential significantly. (Hello heroic whispering fanged skull)
