    [Raid Idea] - Halls of Power

    Halls of Power

    In this Raid Instance, are 10 wings excluding the Entrance. Each entrance to a wing is marked with a symbol matching a player class. Inside you will meet 3 Bosses per fight, each boss has it's specialization based upon a talent tree. EG, Warlocks will have an Affliction boss, Demology Boss, and Destruction Boss. Each of these bosses are refered to as the <Class> Council. After each wing is defeated the final boss maybe summoned in the center which will release <unknown> Boss which will start the encounter. All encounters are considered Hardmode, this is a heroic mode only instance, after obtaining the a stone relevant to their class. ie "Stone of the Lightsworn" for Paladins. These stones are obtained in class quests at level 85. Short quest chain. The item itself teleports the player to the Halls of Power. Each wing can only be attempted within one hour of opening per week.

    Hunter - Stone of the Beasts
    Mage - Stone of the Arcanum
    Paladin - Stone of the Lightsworn
    Priest - Stone of the Faith
    Rogue - Stone of the Thief
    Shaman - Stone of the Elements
    Warlock - Stone of the Demon
    Warrior - Stone of the Courage


    [Achievements]
    Grand Master - Rewards title "<Name>, Grand Master of <Class>"
    Defeat all 10 Councils witin one raid lockout.

    Council Phases

    # Phase 1 All bosses will have 20mil Health Each (50mil in 25man) and when one of the bosses die, the others are restored to 125% full health.
    # Phase 2 All damage from each of the remaining bosses are increased by 50%, when one of the bosses die, the last remaining boss is restored to 150% full health.
    # Phase 3 The remaining boss is now able to use a special ability.
    Each encounter can only be done within 1 hour after the door is opened. Afterwhich the door will be sealed.

    If the boss or bosses are still alive by the end of the hour timer. All players are inflicted with Mark of <Council Name>, increasing all damage taken by 5000% ie, Enrage.



    Warlock Council

    This encounter unbelievably hard. So many things you must be doing and watching out for, Key things are plenty of interrupt and dispel and decurse.

    Aggro - "Time to Suffer!"
    Kill Player - "Pathetic!", "Weakling"
    Death - "Sisters, destroy them", "You're the last one left sister", "Bane, Agony, Curse you.."
    Last Boss Standing - "Death will be slower for you all"

    Corruption - Curse Damage Debuff over 15 seconds. (Cooldown 20 Seconds)
    [10man - 3 Random Targets/25man - 5 Random Targets] - "Corrupted!"

    Bane of Agony - Magic Damage Debuff over 30 Seconds. (Cooldown 20 Seconds)
    [10man - 3 Random Targets/25man - 5 Random Targets] - "Feel the pain!"

    Curse of Tongues - Curse Debuff Silencing over 15 seconds. (Cooldown 20 Seconds)
    [10man - 1 Random Target/25man - 3 Random Targets] - "Silence Fool!"

    Soul Drain - Curse Debuff (Dispel/Interrupt Immune) Over 15 seconds. (Channelled)
    [Single Target in 10/25man]

    <Last Boss Standing> Life Drain - Drains 25% of the target's total health every 1 second over 5 seconds, restoring 5% health every second (Interruptable). Cooldown 5seconds+interrupt duration.
    [Random Single Traget in all] - "Let me take your Breath away"



    [Sliveras the Slave Mistress - Demology]

    Aggro - "I guess you want to be my new pet?"
    Kill Player - "Now now, my pets were a bit rough"
    Death - "<loud scream>", "Sister, devour them all"
    Summon Demon - "Prepare for Oblivion"
    Last Boss Standing - "DEMON COME FORTH AND DESTROY THESE INTERLOPERS"

    Shadow Volley - 2sec cast time, for 20000 shadow damage to all raid members.

    Summon Imp <100% til 75%> - Summons an Imp equal to 10% of her remaining health.(Casted every 30 seconds)
    Imp Firebolt - 30000 Fire damage to random member every 3 seconds.
    Sacrifice Imp - Increases damage done by 10% (stacks), lasts 10min, 3 second cast time, casted at 10% add demon health.

    Summon Void Walker<75% til 50%> - Summons a Voidwalker Equal to 10% of the Bosses remaining Health.(Casted every 30 seconds)
    Consume Shadows - Heals the Void walker for 5% of it's total health. (Casted every 10 seconds)
    Sacrifice Void Walker - Heals Sliveras for 5% of her total health. 3 second cast time, casted at 10% add demon health.

    Summon Succubus<50% til 25%> - Summons a Succubus Equal to 10% of the Bosses' remaining health. (Casted every 30 seconds)
    Seduce - Inflatuates a random target every 2 seconds for 5seconds.
    Sacrifice Succubus - Randomly Enslaves a raid member for 1minute and increases their damage by 200% and reduces their health by 50% and increases their damage taken by splash and AE damage by 300%. 3 second cast time, casted at 10% add demon health.

    Summon Felhunter <25% til 0%> - Summons a Felhunter equal to 10% of the Bosses' remaining health. (Casted every 30 seconds)
    Silence - Silences a random raid member for 5 seconds every 2 seconds.
    Sacrifice Felhunter - Creates a well of shadow that reduces 5% of total mana in the area every 0.5 seconds. 3 second cast time, casted at 10% add demon health.

    <Last Boss Standing>Summon Felguard - Summons a Felguard equal to twice the health of Sliveras, once the other two sisters die. Sliveras becomes immune to all attacks until the Felguard is dead. In this phase she does not summon anymore demons but continues to shadow volley. She loses 95% of her health summoning the Felguard.
    FelCleave - Deals 60000 Shadow damage to all infront of the Felguard(split).
    FelCharge - Charges a random target knocking them 30 yards backwards and dealing a DoT ticking 5% health every 0.5 second over 10seconds.


    Garna the Destroyer - Destruction
    Aggro - "I will destroy you whelp."
    Kill Player - "Burn!"
    Death - "I will.. Dest..", "Sister, ravage them with pain"
    Last Boss Standing - "Watch as I Destroy your very being!"

    Shadow Bolt - 1 second cast time, deals shadow damage.

    Immolate - Deals fire damage over 15 seconds. 2sec Cast Time. Cooldown 4 seconds. (Interruptable/Dispellable)

    Searing Pain - Deals fire damage. Instant. Cooldown 10 seconds.

    Chaos Bolt - Deals Shadow Damage. 1second Cast Time. Cooldown 12 seconds.

    Shadowfire Bolt - Deals Shadow and fire damage. 2.5second Cast Time. 15 seconds cooldown.

    Rain of Fire - Selects a random area and rains down Fire damage over 15 seconds. Casted every 15 seconds.

    <Last Boss Standing> Chaos Bolt Volley - Deals 50000 Shadow damage to all targets within 50 yards, and stuns a random Target (2 in 10man, 5 in 25man). One second cast. And stuns a random Target (2 in 10man, 5 in 25man)


    Tips about this encounter.
    Beginning this encounter, all tanks must obtain aggro immediately and all interruptors must get on the targets quickly.
    Dispelling efficiently is a key way to get passed Bealtrix to reduce the ammount of healing required. Her last phase ability is easier to manage but keeping her "controlled" during the whole of the encounter, is heavily priced.
    Interrupts are suggested to shorten the damage and duration of the battle with Sliveras. You must kill the demons as they will continue to spawn and stack up on you. When they are about to die, Sliveras will begin to sacrifice them when they reach 10%. Nuke them down fast otherwise the boss will consume the effect of sacrificing them.
    Taking down Garna is probably easier as it involves little risk but her 3rd Phase ability will cause alot of problems.

    It sounds like a great idea but i have a question would you have to have one of each clas that has the quest to do every wing

    Halls of Stone, Halls of Lightning, Halls of Reflection, Halls of Origination. Dont we have enough halls already?
    The idea is good enough, but I think we're almost running dead in all the "halls" instances.
