Berserker Stance, Intercept, Battle Stance

Can anyone make me a macro that would cast Berserker stance, intercept the target, then go back to battle stance?

You can cut it down to two.

/cast [nostance:3] Berserker Stance; [stance:3] Battle Stance
/cast [stance:3] Intercept

The first hit should take you into Berserker Stance from either Defensive or Battle Stance; the second will shift you back into Battle Stance.

If you press it quickly you may need to hit it three times, though; there is a short cooldown on stance changes (1s) that's not on the GCD. If you quickly double-tap it to get the fast intercept off, you'll need to hit it a third time. If you do it more slowly or are already under the GCD it should work fine in two.
