Broken Combat Log

Someone in a BG told me there was a script to fix it.

Does this script just reload the UI? or can you fix the combat log without having to exit your game.

When I say "broken," I mean it stops recording information, not sure what causes it, but it happens.

My comp is awfully slow when it comes to loading screens, so if there was that'd be highly beneficial.

Long standing issue since patch 2.4 which blizzard obviously have no intention of fixing.
Seemingly the following command will work.

/script CombatLogClearEntries()
