Searching for 2 PvP/Arena Add-ons

Hi, been searching for those for quite some times, but i can't seem to find any clue of what these add-ons name are so i'm tempting my chance here.

First i'm looking for a ''debuff tracker'' for Rend, Harmstring and MS. That pops a small icon with the time left on my screen, on my debuffs. Example of what i mean from 0:23 to 1:02 in this video.

Second add on i'm looking for is a tracker for the enemy cds (such as Dismantle > ). I don't have any example, but i think it exists.

The second addon you're looking for is afflicted. I think it's pretty buggy though, it never shows up when I need it and I have it set to show always. It can tell you pretty much any cooldown your opponent uses.

afflicted is uber for arena not BG's.. Just need to set it up propper
