LK Heroic 10, Healing comp.

As i read more and more into LK on 10 heroic, it seems it's almost required to have a disc priest/holy pally. We have the holy pally covered (me) but other two other healers are a resto druid and shammy. Is it possible without a disc priest to not get behind on defiles? The druid and I healed normal with a lot of ease last night, but sometimes someone would dip from infest getting ahead of us. Has anyone else killed it Holy Pally/Druid? We'd have the shaman heal but the druid's offspec gear would not be up to par for heroic arthas.

Yes, some of my guildmates have killed it with Resto Druid and Holy Paladin. Setup :

Protection Paladin
Protection Warrior

Affliction Warlock
Arcane Mage
Shadow Priest
Shadow Priest
Elemental Shaman
Marksmanship Hunter

Holy Paladin
Resto Druid
