what is my emblem priority (unholy and frost dualspec)?

i'm primarily looking for 4 things:

1) what should i get with frost emblems?
2) what should i get with triumph emblems?
3) what should i get with lower emblems?
4) what is best for heroics given same gear and skill: frost or unholy? currently using unholy since i don't have 2 decent weapons yet for DW frost.

triumph priority is 4/5 t9

Frost priority is 4/5 t10 (don't replace any t9 with t10 untill you can get the 2/5 bonus at least)

good weapons can be found off of the first boss in heroic FOS
