Flurry buff improvement

There was a blue post not so long ago indicating the haste buff from Flurry would be increased from 25% to 30%.

The above indicates it has already been implemented. Can anyone confirm if this has actually been done? Unfortunately, when I checked last night, the tooltip still indicates 25% as does the buff.

Tooltip is wrong, buff is active. This has been tested and verified.

All they did was raise it BACK to 30%. They increased the effectiveness of haste back in Ulduar and thus dropped Flurry down 5% to compensate. I am glad they brought it back up, extra 5% faster swings ain't bad.
