Gives me a LotR-esque vibe, like they're climbing that... mountain that started with a C.

Also, the dwarf looks insanely badass. Probably the giant cigar.

You've got to have balls of steel to smoke a fat cigar while climbing a mountain in that sort of weather.

It's been said but the style looks like it was greatly influenced by Frank Miller (Sin City) and his use of highcontrast black and white inking.
Also, it could have a myriad of influences, sadly late 90's boyband images pop in my head. Damn you composition....

Part of it reminds me of One Piece, especially the Blood Elf with a Suit looks like Sanji.

But I can't think of a picture that looks similar to it.
