Rest in peace, Ronnie!
You will surely be missed, but your voice and music will never be forgotten. You truly were a God.
And another legend leaves the stage.
It's time to pass the torch.
Will be sadly missed by the metal community. And everybody else alike.
RIP Dio.
RIP, I really thought he would beat it. His music will live on and he will be missed.

I had never heard of the guy until I saw "Metal: A Headbanger's Journey" and I realized just how much he was involved with the music I liked, then a few years ago I saw him perform with Black Sabbath in Calgary. Was an amazing show and am happy I got to see him in concert at least once. Been a huge Dio fan since that concert.

On another unfortunate related note Debbie Abono manager and promoter of notable bay area thrash bands Possessed, Forbidden, Exodus, Vio-Lence, and Skinlab also passed away today. She truely cared about all the bands she managed and was a firm supporter of metal in all it's forms.
Both of you keep te horns up high and to borrow from Manowar "Play Metal Louder Than Hell"
A metal god, a legend, maker of headbangin' round the world. This is a big hit to the metal/rock family. Never will he be forgotten and always will he rock! Hold the horns high for this metal man! Truly the King of Rock and Roll
