RENOVO IS RECRUITING FOR LICH KING HEROIC 25!

Who are we:
Renovo is a hardcore raiding guild with casualraid times. Formed out of the ashes of the former Realm #1 E Pluribus Unum, with the old core still going in our rooster.
Renovo is a 3 days raiding guild, but we still want to maintain high quality raids, with aiming for clearing hardmodes in 25s.
We have a strong rooster atm, with around 30-35ppl fighting for raidspots, so you need to perform good all time.
We use a dkp system which we reset everytime new content comes out. We also uses ranks to sort the loot out... 2 different raid ranks and trial rank. Ranks is based on Attendance and performance, which we discuss every week among the officer's.
