Which is the best PvP Server (EU)?

Im looking for a very good PvP server where there's extremly high skilled players, the battlegroup should also have a high standard on PvP, 1k arena rating should take some challange to reach.
I also would like some balance in Wintergrasp on the server, atm on my current server Horde wins 99.5% of the WG and im fed up with it and i dont want a server where alliance wins all the time also, 50/50 or 40/60 is ok win / loss ratio.

I know my demands might be high but im pretty fed up with my current server, alliance is terribad and if i move to horde side i doubt my skills will be any better by running around killing brainless alliance.

moonglade has few real REAL skilled people in pvp like Baranor , but it aint pvp server battle group is reckoning , hordes pwn in it :'(

But only the Arena and skilled players part. WG is kinda messed up right now since its mainly horde populated server.

Unfortunately no. Several realms are pretty bad arena wise (with only a handful of teams 2.2k+).
