Added support for Sharpened Twilight Scale

Despite the fact I rarely play these days and currently don't intend to buy & play Cataclysm let alone create code for a simulator for changes introduced by that expansion. I have added the new melee trinket for patch 3.3.5 to the Sim. It was a quick fix and I'm sure people might still be keen to see how it sims out. Those of you that are still bothering to play that is.
