Playing a Paladin better.

I have been playing World of Warcraft since September of '09 and so has my wife. We are both Paladins. My question is is there a certain rotation of spells you use when in dungeons and raids? I use Crusader Strike, Judgment of light, Consecration, Divine Storm, Holy Wrath, and Exorcism. I am wondering how you do the most DPS you can do. I am doing between 3200 to 5k depending where I am at and the buffs I am sure. But in ICC I am doing 9.5k DPS. I am open to any help I can get, but please be nice, no noob comments or just plain flaming, I am asking as a fellow player. Thank you!
