Gear problems

Ok this is my problem I am not sure what gear to go with

I just got the icc 25 boots from deathwhisper http://www.wowhead.com/item=49983
I had the http://www.wowhead.com/item=50788

Now I also got bryntroll with these and I am wondering is it worth me losing a http://www.wowhead.com/item=50798 to use the bryntroll and replace http://www.wowhead.com/item=47578 with http://www.wowhead.com/item=49999
to stay expertise caped.
The main problem I am having is losing ALOT of arp could the AP + crit from the ring and the higher damage + drain life effect be better? I would be losing around 8-9% arp and 34 haste
and gaining 48 str 1.31% crit + the extra damage and the drain life from the bryntroll

Rule of thumb I follow for fury (based on personal gear experience) is that if you ever drop below 75-80% Armor Pen then all your gems need to be replaced with Strength in order to get that DPS back.

You have 79% with that Bryntroll equipped. To me this says you have a net-zero gain, as you started to fall into the "no-zone" in order to make these changes. I suspect you won't see much of an increase in actual dps or damage done.

But I'm not an expert and a spreadsheet will tell you better. I suggest you use that.
